Yeaaaaa....No...last time I joined a ffxiah Ls, it was always empty and I still was to myself.

I tend to get quests and crafting done faster solo. And I'm prob gonna be casual anyways

I think it's capped like that due to beta testing and testing the server.

only util they increase the capacity of it. pretty much is being bottleneck'd for now

So it's number of people logged in, not characters total on a server right? Which means that as soon as people stop logging in and congesting the server the rest will be able to create characters?
