Make sure you are warming up before stretching out. That was one mistake most of my yoga instructors did in college, they just went straight into stretching. Warm muscles stretch like warm taffy, cold muscles snap like cold taffy.
Do you have any Epsom salt on hand? Toss a couple cups into the hottest bath water you can stand, it'll really help soothe soreness. ^^ But it might also make you sleepy, so make sure you don't fall asleep in the bath. We want to keep you around, k. Feel better!
