What the actual ***. Internet here at home is out for two days. I finally get a chance to call them. They do their diagnostic *** over the phone (power cycle, etc. (like I haven't already done that a million times)). The *** on the phone tells me they are sending a technician out to the server to diagnose it on Monday and if nothing is wrong with it they will come here and check our lines. Okay whatever, at least it will finally get fixed.
I hang up and leave out of my room to get a drink, come back and it's magically working again.
That just seems absolutely way too coincidental. Especially since she said there was nothing they could do from their end. Though that is coming from low-end tech-support.
My modem wasn't even getting a connection to their servers. It's usually a PPP timeout request problem here, but it wasn't even getting that far this time. (DSL btw)
