Either there are a lot of people watching yotube/netflix/porn here, or AT&T does some massive throttling, or they set the servers up in a shitty way.
All are equally possible imo.

It will all clear up around 4:15-4:45am. Regardless of the number of guests we have. So it leaves me to believe it's not people using it.
Can go from not being able to do really anything at all on it to watching Twitch streams in High/Source. you should upgrade your 56k then >:I

It's unbelievably bad tonight though. Even F5'ing this page, it times out sometimes. Saying the network is unavailable.. Though at this time I wouldn't put it passed porn/netflix still being used by at least 15 or so people at once.
I hate it when the people in charge of determining what package their business should get have absolutely no clue about things like this. If you don't know much, don't ask the low-end IT people that know no more than you yourself. Ask someone that actually understands bandwidth allocation. At least get to level 2 tech-support if not level 3. Jesus *** christ. "herpderp I'm the person that sells you internet over a phone call, we think 512kb dsl is good for hd video. hurrdurr"

I have experience, just not documented experience in a professional environment, which is the problem.
