Yes I filed a complaint with both the transit and a police report. 6:15 am, riding on the right hand side of the road (where I'm supposed to be with $120 of lights on my bike. Wasn't a busy road at all. The bus has every room to pass. Went to pass and got the front of the bus passed me then merged back into the lane and side swiped me with the rest of the bus. Then it proceeded to drive off w/o stopping and none of the witness cars bothered to stop either. That wouldn't be a Tigeristic approach though lol I own up to ***I do. You could say that of the witnesses though. Would be more accurate.
did you mention the route/street/bus number?

So anyway ... I seem to have only got one reply (it was early though) if I were to come back to XI for a short period of time (god shoot me please...)
