It's not like you're a melee.. Feel the pain of all the RDM's even in a traditional party... Our limits never mattered, we were expected to do everything. You have cures, you have enfeebles. It's your job as a RDM to just keep spamming spells and converting until your damn eyes bleed and then accept that's not good enough and try harder!

ill end up having to solo rdm too..did dnc mainly solo 1-45..teamed up with friend for 2 levels but that about it

Grounds of Valor works in the similar fashion that Fields of Valor does, however, the exp rewards are cumulative rather than a static amount. So the exp per mob is irrelevant as long as you are able to earn exp off the page's target mobs. You can get a pretty ridiculous exp/hr just killing them via alliance en mass.

Find a RDM partner and wiki BLM solo guide.. Everything a BLM can solo, a RDM can duo with a friend (at 40+ they can solo the same things, it's just not very time efficient.)

A BLM and RDM together can duo faster than even two BLMs can solo, so that's something else to consider...

I spent the majority of my time soloing, because all those asshat first job SAMs seem to think RDMs are Superman or some ***.. I really hated playing with anyone, because we're so over-worked.. I've played many other jobs, the only job people demand more from is a WHM.. But in a way, they're not.. If people start dying, they're first to take blame..

BUT.. They always blame it on an MP issue, and if there's a RDM in pt, it always turns to "why didn't you keep their MP up?" or "Why didn't you help cure".. If the RDM is main heal AND it's a MP problem (which it usually is, convert and refresh doesn't actually account for much.. Convert is on a 10 minute timer, and that MP pool is good for about 2, maybe 3 mobs) we get bitched at about not doing our job..

I'm ending this here cuz I could rant for an hour about it.

If you've only seriously been melee, take pity on your damned mages.. Your job is a hell of a lot easier than a mage's.. I know from experience.
