it shows other images that look similar, not necessarily your avatars. since it's easy to "unwrap" a digital image into its constituent parts, google can pull out a few key parameters and use that to match against other pictures. they're just dense blocks of pixels saved as a series of bits, so matching up ones that are similar isn't difficult when you break them down.

If its online, copy the IMG source and search it under images.
Don't need to have a physical one.
