I know of 2 mods that can possible produce penises.
I have installed and uninstalled both of them trying to dispose of these dingalings, with no luck. If I install "Schlongs of Skyrim" I can force it to remove the penis and overwrite the underwears with custom speedos, but then I have "Schlongs of Skyrim" in my active mod menu. If I partially install SoS and then install this other male body mod with underwear, it removes the dingdongs, but not properly. It leaves a see-through hole where the meat and two veg would be. *lights the Minefield signal*

You should try to find a *** in a Box mod that covers their *** with boxes.

 Changed back to hyur :3 will probably miss ears and tail soon. D: Before you started overwriting files, it should have been as simple as clicking deactivate mod and then clicking uninstall in Nexus Mod Manager. That always worked for any of my 100+ mods.
But now, after overwrites galore, idk. I believe I've already seen a dragon penis mod. Not going to dig for it though, *** that.
My dragon *** senses were tingling, I have been summoned?
If you have better males installed, that's doing it. And yes there is a dragon *** mod, but pretty sure not on Nexus. ...there are far darker sites out there. Need to change this to my dragon encounter music:
