I had a dream about that last night actually. XP

I also get to go explain to my landlord why our rent is late this month after this. x.x

Been so distracted by job searching and random people contacting me that I forgot Saturday was the 1st and she's not here on Sunday so both me and my roommate forgot to turn in our rent checks.

Can't, or at least couldn't when we originally signed the lease. The old owner seemed pretty old fashioned and while she was well put together in terms of running things she seemed like she was pretty stuck in old ways. I think the new owner has been trying to get it setup but last I knew it wasn't completely finished yet.

Sunny days when I spend 80% of my life in sunny days....

That's the only good thing about winter, you don't sweat your *** off, even in South Texas.

Essentially customer service via phone. It's an advertising company that also produces the phone book here.

I'd be contacting existing customers (no cold calls, yay.) and making sure their ad/website layouts are the way they want 'em and confirming any changes they need.

that's sounds fun and exciting. I can forsee in a few months you're gonna get your phone voice just right to where you can be a phone sex operator or a new up and coming voice actor.

take a 15~20min walk outside. Don't think about the work you have to do. Come back. Then be like:

I'm with Volk on this one, go deflate a bit whether it's taking a walk or just watching a quick video. Max of maybe 30min break and then come back and tackle it.
