well this is weird. headset plastic snapped
 so I sent in a warranty claim. logitech accepted and asked me to send them the broken headset and all its parts via prepaid UPS and they'd send me a new headset. so I'm like, ok, fair enough. ...but I just got an email saying that they received my RMA package and sent out a new headset. I havent sent them anything yet. Your head got bigger.

Most of the time they get crap from downloading the PC Optimizer Pro ***, or DOWNLOAD MORE RAM, Driver Updater Maximum, etc etc
