Instant cast is honestly annoying to me on a mage. I use Allure, Minkin, and Undying on WHM. Fastcast atma's only on this that I go /BLM to, which is pretty rare. Situational is more like it. But "trash atma" and "waste of an atma slot", I don't see it at all. Only got 2 lunar abyssites so I use Allure and Minkin on WHM. I use DD and Minkin on BRD.
