Transfer doesn't block you afaik, just creating a new character

For Excalibur you can make new ones when there's less people on so daytime in Europe

Because we didn't really talk much before purple...

I'm far shyer than I probably let on, can't remember how many weeks it took Meshi to get me on vent to play LoL.

Also, I'm far less likely to initiate such exchanges, I'm more likely to be talked into getting on vent then to ask someone to join me on it/skype.
