So this last week has been pretty god damn hilarious at work.

On Monday our boss told us about a site online that people can post to and write reviews of a company from the standpoint of an employee. His reason for showing it to us was because it has an overall rating of 2.5/5 because of some 1 star reviews and some being 5 star. At the time there were 6 total. He lives in a fantasy world where everyone working there LOVES the job and LOVES him, so he assumes that if he tells us to go in there and write our own reviews as current employees that the average score will skyrocket.

This of course blew up and took a huge crap on his face.

There are now 12-15 reviews and almost ALL are negative, with most of the new ones pointing out that they are just filling out a review because the boss told them to. Tons of gripes and complaints have come about, and there has even been one post that talks about potentially having grounds for an harassment lawsuit.
