Budget: ~$100 I personaly use Tritons since they dont clamp on my head like alot do which i dont need cuz my chronic migrains i get sometimes
Ehhh, not really looking into a headset type thing as most tend to be a three-way compromise between the drivers on your ears, "gaming marketing", and a mediocre microphone attached to it as an all-in-one.
I got my eyes on VMODAs but I'm still on the fence as I'd prefer to stick with trustworthy brands like Audio Technica, Sennheiser, AKG, Beyerdynamic, etc. However, that often comes at a premium price. Yeah, but...if they didn't dive, defense would tackle them harder and injuries would make their careers shorter. When you're making millions per season you really don't want to retire sooner.

It isn't so much about the players not wanting to get hurt because it still happens, it's mostly a case of them trying to get another player booked/sent off or to get a penalty out of nothing to give their team the advantage. In my opinion, it's really detrimental for the game and the crowd enjoyment. In general, people don't pay the football ticket to watch theatrical performances. lol

Games would draw out too long if they asked the referee to check every single action. Unfortunately "phantom goals" and occasionally dubious offsides is all replays can be used for. Everything else though you can sanction after the match if it's blatant abuse of the rules.
It's just so sad when a player gets hit(not even too hard) on like a shoulder and he covers his face and looks at his hands pretending he might be losing blood lol. Asura.Calatilla said: » Cristiano Ronaldo

Replays are never really used for offside goals, they tend to stand if the ref and linesman miss them, which I recall one last season was so blatantly offside that it wasn't even in the same stadium but the linesman somehow missed it.
The FA will however step in and ban a player for dangerous play if the referee didn't see it after viewing match highlights. |
