Government will try to fight you every step of the way, no matter what it is. Seconded, file.

My mom had a heart attack, open heart surgery, and can't stand for very long or work due to her condition and meds, she was told 2-3 times she didn't qualify for disability which was just enough to help with the hose payment and get her meds, she got approved 3 months before she started drawing her retirement/social security. Which is when disability stopped.

Not sure if it's different in your state or not but here it would just adjust your payments at first. (Like you probably wouldn't get your first check that you're supposed to get, or two (here it's weekly).

I'd say apply, fill in your stuff of places applied for, at most you're out of what 10 minutes extra a week for a few weeks until you know for sure?

But getting severance (imo) would make you more eligible than if you didn't. As it makes it look like more "without cause."

Even though from their argument it could be made to be "with cause" due to their mumbo jumbo.

She's on a litigation trip in NYC, they are fighting a case there and won't be back for a couple more weeks.

Which sucks, it's a criminal case and she can't exactly get away from it either.

Texas doesn't seem to care imo.

It's usually the employers who fight (since they pick up the tab here), not the state.

Na, I did all of my ***online. I don't call places unless I can't do it online/in person. Phones are so 80's.

I probably could have got another check or two as well, but as soon as I verified that I got this job I stopped filling out the paperwork.

I wish I had better managed my money in the past year, or hell the past 6 months.

Who's disgruntled?

The one I made was going to be locked anyway, too many people were reporting based on feels (waaa, he doesn't agree with me!) instead of actual rule breaking. Rooks did say that too many reports would shut down a thread regardless if any rules were being broken. Also didn't help that people came there stating that they would have given an opinion if somebody else was the OP, not me. Which made me laugh at them inside.

That feminist one was a surprise though. I thought it would at least last 3-4 pages longer than it did.
