We have student organizations here but not frats. It's different here
I don't remember having to deal with bullies my first time through university. Goes back in my 30's, I haven't really noticed any bullying, either. I might just be lucky, or they're just not stupid enough to mess with an old guy.
No one bullied me in high school because they thought I was crazy. :)
I never noticed any bullying, everyone seemed to get along with everyone no matter what their interests were. Even playing games was something everyone did, most of the sporty guys played a lot of WoW or just new games in general
Obviously not saying there's no bullying, just that I didn't notice any. They've had some news stories about it recently and it brings up the issue of bullying over social media with some examples where people talk about their experiences. Really shitty things do still happen and the schools need to get better at seeing it (parents too and I think social media should take some responsibility when the person is underage) Oh yeah kids made fun of me when I was <12 but I kicked their *** so they stopped, it also didn't happen when we changed schools at 13 (it's like going from middle school to high school, mine didn't offer higher than grade 6 so had to switch). Seems like they grew up a bit.
So I was playing Terraria and went afk for a while and came back to this. My 3 year old son said to me "There were monsters in your house." These screenshots were taken after I'd already done a lot of repairs. Apparently a Blood Moon occurred and he decided to try to fight them off with all the sticky bombs I had in my inventory...

In high school I was the kid everyone thought was insane and would kill them all at any time. I would get random people that would come up to me and ask if I was okay. Didn't exactly help that in middle school I got accused of planning a Columbine either. Fun times!
Btw it was false .... ish. I mean who doesn't imagine murdering a bunch of idiots every now and then?!
