made a hamburger.
garlic salt and some black pepper on both sides
cooked for 4 mins on each side. a little pink, more medium than medium rare. after flipping i put some gouda on the top. for the last two and half minutes i cooked some good size chunks of sweet onion in the grease around burger. let it sit for a few minutes with really then cut serrano pepper pushed into the cheese. covered in the onions, some bacon, and a sweet carolina bbq sauce. toasted some bun looking bread i got from the bakery. it got real crusty almost like french break. was pretty good.
peppers were a bit hot but definitely a good choice. drank a corona extra with some lime.
