I'm not some elite player, but I would expect people to make some kind of effort to be at the bear minimum item level to deal adequate amount of damage instead of being carried through like the pussies they are. I think the last time I had people bitching to me about attacking Ultima during that phase, was when Wanderer's Palace was considered "end game" content...
Yeah and "please stop rushing" lol, we're all super overgeared and they were being slow
They can also watch the cutscenes while the rest of the overpowered party is rushing, or they can skip em, and watch them at the Inn.
I know, it's taboo to say you can't have your cake and eat it too, but unless they build a party of their own, they shouldn't expect others to wait for a single person, particularly this late in the game. Ugh, I don't want to go to the store after work.
The ones watching the god damn cutscenes were 55+

I helped someone through it by doing it unsynched so they could experience the whole fight and watch cutscenes I have a cold and a full work day, yay.

I think there comes a point where its just not worth being friends with someone no matter how long you've known them. Step2: Count to 5 then pull. Goblin tends to wait at least 2 minutes (usually), for people to spread the word among linkshells for active hunters.
Which is plenty of time for people to show up (and because we have a smaller hunting base than the larger servers), then someone does a shout check, if no one responds in 10-15 seconds, we're usually good to go. This new show on TruTV called "10 Things" is my new addiction. Its like cracked in show form but hosted by a cute girl.
