I need some help.
I thought strange a purchase I did after my FF explorer was sent arrived today. Then I checked in the site and found this:  Well, wtf is this? Stuff was already in Brasil now it was sent back to USA??? My address seems correct, idk what happened, just seems so stupid... Pantafernando said: » I need some help. It may not have had the proper documentation and been sent back from customs. Even when I ship things from the usa to mexico and stupid canada I have to include the nafta certificates, three copies of the commercial invoice, packing list, etc etc etc My bet is that whoever shipped it to you did it wrong. I think the best action right now is to send an email to SE asking explanations and see if they will send back. Maybe, if they confirm it was their fault, i can even ask some sort of compensation. We always put a disclaimer on our shipments that says the receiver is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes, etc. but best of luck!
