- Each character and class has a modifier to growth rates on level up. Some are high enough that they'll always get growth (like Frederick will always get an HP up).
- Each character and class has a bonus or penalty to the cap on a stat (like Myrmidon has like +2 Speed cap or whatever).
- In the case of Robin, these are modified by whatever you chose for his/her best and worst stat.
- Weapons and abilities that boost go over these caps. Items like Seraph Robe won't boost beyond cap, but they don't interfere with anything.
