Try checking the room at different stages in the Companions quests. Maybe it is used as a placeholder for some kind of event trigger or something?

Jordis sucks. Marry Aela. Archer trainer and you can just get the gold back by raiding her inventory.

It was Skjor. So that's why that *** kept popping up. His corpse even popped up today, right by the door when I went to get that video made. Welp, now I feel better about wasting his *** when he popped up alive earlier in the week.
I suppose it could be worse. Ysolda's a drug dealer.
Ysolda will always have money tho. Because sleeping tree sap. You can live out your own Breaking Bad fantasy.

...know why Aela's refuses to be cured? Because she wants to reunite with Skjor in Hircine's realm. ***waifu.
