Ha I drifted off and ran from a battle, since I'm going for the trophy for not running from fights, I called off the stream, I'm obviously too tired tonight.

Hmmm...
I used to get all of my happiness from love, helping people, gourmet food, sex, sleep, or video games. I need to find a new passion that isnt drugs or alcohol though hmmm... something I can still do into old age

I do love writing...
But I wonder if I have the skill to compose music...

You should look into one of those things Shawn Wasabi has and make music with anime sound clips.

Yes, yes I have. Well the wifi radios at least.

Is PSN down or acting up for anyone else?

edit: Laptop issue cleared up.

Today was horrible day.

I didnt wake well, with fever that got worse during the day. Plus, first news in the morning was about the airplane that crashed in colombia. Entire country is in mourning. As well everyone here cant believe what happened, those soccer players were living the peak of their lives, traveling to dispute the final match.

The biggest happines overshadowed by the biggest tragedy in terms of sports in Brasil, thats for sure.

Pretty sure you have to wait for the 29th, after having completed the mini games, to get codes to redeem on your versions online store.

Maybe the package itself will have a code to make sure people actually stuck with the pre-order, and dlc stuff isn't being handed out to non-pre-orders for free.

Not the code for the actual in-game DLC. The code for the Road Trip itself. The initial code that is supposed to be delivered by email.

It's essentially a code that tells the site "hey I preordered from amazon, here's my code to prove it."

You put that in, do the stuff, then on the 29th the site gives you the codes for the in-game items.
You ever get this resolved?

edit: apparently got my road trip code on the 2nd, didn't pay attention to it, had to burn through the minigames real fast, they kinda suck with a mouse.

I am less inclined to resort to violence in that kind of frustration.

I gotta side with Josi on this. Those types of people are not the type to learn a valuable lesson from a beating, but rather to escalate things further to a point where lives end up being lost.

Mag I'm going to compose some bars and play it on trumpet. I need to bug you to see if it's any good or ***.
I'll listen to it, but I'm not exactly the musician's musician. I can play TAB, that's about it. If Aelius were here, he'd be a much better choice. That dude can really wail out a tune.

Your parents have very good taste, Leon.

Quote:
Following the 1947 invention of the cathode-ray tube amusement device, the earliest known interactive electronic game as well as the first to use an electronic display, the first true video games were created in the early 1950s. Initially created as technology demonstrations, such as the Bertie the Brain and Nimrod computers in 1950 and 1951, video games also became the purview of academic research. A series of games, generally simulating real-world board games, were created at various research institutions to explore programming, human–computer interaction, and computer algorithms. These include OXO and Christopher Strachey's draughts program in 1952, the first software-based games to incorporate a CRT display, and several chess and checkers programs. Possibly the first video game created simply for entertainment was 1958's Tennis for Two, featuring moving graphics on an oscilloscope. As computing technology improved over time, computers became smaller and faster, and the ability to work on them was opened up to university employees and undergraduate students by the end of the 1950s. These new programmers began to create games for non-academic purposes, leading up to the 1962 release of Spacewar! as one of the earliest known digital computer games to be available outside a single research institute.

Throughout the rest of the 1960s, digital computer games were created by increasingly numerous programmers and sometimes sold commercially in catalogs. As the audience for video games expanded to more than a few dozen research institutions with the falling cost of computers, and programming languages that would run on multiple types of computers were created, a wider variety of games began to be developed. Video games transitioned into a new era in the early 1970s with the launch of the commercial video game industry with the display of the coin-operated arcade game Galaxy Game and the release of the first widely available arcade game Computer Space, and then in 1972 with the release of the immensely successful arcade game Pong and the first home video game console, the Magnavox Odyssey, which launched the first generation of video game consoles.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Early_history_of_video_games
