I think that comes down to your shields usually being taken into account at their base values when it comes to how much they're going to mitigate and crits are kinda treated like parry is for tanks, a nice thing if they happen but not something to gear for/bank on due to their "randomness."

I've seen Flula a couple times in other videos, but he is pretty damn funny and quick with the wit. It almost seems like Conan is flustered and doesn't know what to say. Maybe Flula was stealing the jokes Conan was going to say.

Yeah, I read about how to do it. His extra snippets are, "I see that you dusted that old black dragon, Kalameet. I see there is at least one legend among you humans."

But ehh, the prospect of sniping Kalameet for 20 damage for like 2 hours was not what I wanted lol. I wanted to be up close and personal. Also, I failed to cut off his tail.

This, from what I remember from when they first started happening they come in some kind of hourly wave once the day hits. It was either certain servers or certain data centers would start seeing the free plots around a new hour mark.
