Random Thought - I'm apparently a proponent of SE dumbing down content because I like that they aren't building auto-wipe triggers into bosses anymore if you DPS them too hard. *Shrugs*
If you're still doing mechanics, they shouldn't force you to wipe. Doing Levi/Ramuh/Ifrit EX is such a pain for this reason. x.x

To put this into perspective - I've attempted SCH solo on Ifrit EX with 15% Echo on for WT.

I'VE CAUSED HIM TO AUTO WIPE ME ON THE THIRD SET OF NAILS.

I mean, on one end I understand. They don't like us skipping phases that much because it draws away from the fight. (I wouldn't be surprised if they're kicking themselves in the *** for how many mechanics are skipped in Ravana now) but goddamnit if I wanna help friends and we have just a little too much damage going out you screw over an entire clear... and then they hand you echo... Yes, we totally want MORE damage!

I never did healing in A1-3S :o I healed 5 6 and 7 once though and it went fine... My issue is I'm used to the damage I take, so if a tank isn't mitigateing the same spots (or not at all) it becomes awkward. Like in A9S regen, fairy heals + clemency when I dip (because of his damage resistance) during the heavy metal faust takes care of me. The other week I joined an A9 party as sch and assumed the tank wouldn't instantly pop if I went to dot faust... There was popping :x

What I forget is when the fairy isn't there and I actually need to use healing abilities in dungeons as ast or whm lol

PLDs are so hard to judge too...

Some seem to completely forget they have clemency.
Some forget that just because they have a shield doesn't mean they don't have to use Defensive cooldowns.

And others... Well, others like to yell. Because nothing can be their fault. Because tanks are apparently infallible, as long as the mob is on them apparently they are 100% doing their job.
