I was actually watching this last night. Having not done the fight just yet (we should be commencing O4S progression this week), I feel there's a lot of places in the fight where the healer gets helped to make the heal check. Passage of Arms is getting popped a lot and I imagine there's a lot of feints and things like that being used to in order to help mitigate damage. Getting punched hard with a tank invuln is there too so yeah, they're definitely optimized out the wazoo to do this.
It's not practical for any normal group to do but it's still a fun watch. Obviously, N.AST is a good candidate for this because they have both mitigation and powerful heals though you have to consider N.AST probably suffers the most in the MP efficiency department compared to SCH, WHM, and D.AST.

This actually also reminded me of Vanillaware's next game and how it got announced back in TGS 2015 but I haven't heard any additional news about it since. GIVE ME MORE INFO.
