D: So my computer was having some issues and I went out to a computer store that I dealt with all the time.
Got a good deal on a IBM Thinkpad, i5, $170 with SSD hard drive.
I maybe could of found something cheaper online but I dealt with this guy for over 20 years and he's a really good guy.
I have to transfer mass amount of stuff to my newer computer and then convert this to a Linux laptop, a i5 linux computer...this will be interesting...
Korora XGL was pretty cool when it came out. Project Osx86 was even cooler because, you know, no official support from Intel at the time. This was 2005 or so, after being PC for so long before and after that I've noticed there are only sacrifices you have to make to be able to stick with it long term.
