Actually the concept of the Doggos Vs Slug game Ive been planning for a long time consist is a cooperative 4 dogs playing at same time, like they are using the gambit system while doing a mix of beating up with castlevania.
The only difference is that I would promote more race diversity in my cast.
The protagonist and DD player will obviously be the muscular caramel mutt, the healer dog will be one of those races with long face, the hack and tech dog will be a Chihuahua and the tank in the party will be a massively large bulldog.
DEI dogs why not? can't fail any harder than it has everywhere else. giving a chihuahua any responsibility beyond asking where the taco bell is won't go well, and the rest are just doubling down on other stereotypes.

I thought it a bit odd that with super mondo mega the largest dog was a blue heeler. I would expect at least one to be rottweiler sized.
AS to YOUR cast, if a pocket pooch is to be the techie chose a smart one like a papillion or a ... hmmm ... smart pocket pooches ... perhaps a different papillion.
Long face dog for the healer? I couldn't see an afghan or an Irish setter in the role but salukis at least look like they could care as versus borzois which look like they don't care. Also, which one makes the snarky sarcastic comments?
Do you know that small mistake that could be programatically fixed in 10 secs if you noticed earlier, but after you already sent the corrupted data down the pipeline, you spend 1 to 2 hours to manually pick the transformed corrupted data to fix it one by one...
Every single time I hear about a country banning sales of tobacco with people born in XXXX year or later, all I picture are fully grown *** adults asking other adults to go to the store for them.
**The year is 2040**
"Richy, they banned sales to anyone born after 2005, I know I'm 34 now, but can your 1980 born *** go get me a pack of smokes?"
It not only sounds sensible but due to the costs of treating those who have the state certainly has a vested interest.
I don't think I can find a tiny enough violin to play for those born after 2008. They will just have to kill themselves with alcohol.
Again
“This is your focus”
Because there arent bigger problems in the UK right now.
What happens when smokes and vapes are illegal?? You think theyre gonna stop using them? “Well damn im craving a smoke, but theyre illegal now”. Nope, sales just move underground. Worried about people poisoning themselves? Good job, now its entirely unregulated. The poison will be worse off.
Drugs been illegal up here forever, yet my dumbass friends have no problems finding ways to ski.
Besides, they'd ban smoking here, but it's a cash cow. The only smoking they're cracking down on are people selling the bootleg, native smokes because hey, they're 1/8 of the price because there's no taxes/fees on them.

The solution would be to ban its use in public.
The actual solution is make it ALL legal. And regulated.
Many years ago I said I don't care if someone has a habit but why does it have to involve my car stereo?
Overdoses would drop to near nothing as well.
Im presuming “all” is “all the stuff", not just smoking and vapes, in which case I disagree.
I live in Canada, we have “safe consumption sites” all over the place, including next to *** schools. Theyve done nothing to curb overdoses. The only difference is they have naxophil (whatever it is) handy to give these idiots a 5th, 6th, 7th, etc, chance in life. (Notice how I started at 5th, not 2nd)
Ive also seen the impact of legalizing the plant. I dont smoke, but from what I can ***:
A-the legal, regulated stuff is weaker, so people have moved onto harder stuff
B-the rush of doing something illegal is gone, so people move onto the next illegal thing.
I fail to see how legalizing the harder ones it will save your car stereo; Jimmy needs his hit, legal or not.
Then here, my Dad gets the equivalent to 90 grams a month free from military vet's benefits. That can be split between bud, drinks, edibles and THC or CBD products. It's funny going from military mindset of 'drugs are bad, mmmk' to getting cannabis stuff for free and not knowing fully what it's about, so he's getting to look at giant catalogs of stuff online and picking different items. Which to be fair he mostly gets lots of CBD items to help with his back and stuff, but if he really wanted to, he could be like "Yoooo, gimme some of those 50mg gummy bears, time for science!"

There is a vast difference between legal and regulated and what Canada has which isn't even full decriminalization.
Back in the midcentury, when I was a teen aged beatnik, the worst thing that could happen to a junkie was to get what they paid for. Today its getting misrepresented drugs. Neither would happen in a legal regulated market.
Could people still kill themselves ODing? Sure but it would be more difficult.
what are people's thoughts about building PCs at the moment? I don't play anything demanding, only major gripe with my current one is the fan noise. I just want something that can run old games quietly (FF11/14, WOW, emulators etc).
this is what I'm working with, from Ibuypower a couple of years ago
I don't think the steam machine would be much of a upgrade to what you've listed. I'm pretty sure currently is not a good time to buy a new one either, AI bubble needs to pop first I'm afraid.
If you bought a pre-built PC chances are they saved at stuff like fans or power supply so maybe just look into better/silent fans once you're sure it's the fans and not the hard drive for example.
*edit*
I don't get the appeal of the steam machine. I read people want it for the form factor so they can place it next to their TV and play in the living room. Imho TVs are so flat and large by now that I wonder what's stopping people to just "hide" a regular PC behind it.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
