Imagine paying a lot to have food delivered.
The delivery already taes almost an bour to arrive.
And the guy delivering swapped my order with another one.
I asked my order to be resent, but this is so annoying, because I did heavy exercises this morning, and really wanted to eat right now.
Dang.
If you're not a resident of a city and using an international number, you can get absolutely buggered in London and Paris. Terrible fraudulent behaviour there. Montreal was such a nice change. Everything delivered on time, the right way, food still hot. quality great. Nothing spilt. In London and Paris half the time the food never arrives, and the driver buggers off. The other half of the time you better examine the food and check the driver hasn't pissed, ***, spat, or eaten from it.
Typical experience in Paris and London
A) Restaurants seem to be colloborating with drivers/pickers.
-Here's the pattern: Restaurant is 30-45 mins late than predicted
-Driver is there waiting the entire time. They can't penalise the driver for arriving on time. Restaurants can put up a "unusual increase in in-restaurant customers" and get an additional 25-45 mins delay buffer with platform. varies. and they have a limited amount of times they can do that. but the penalty is minimal.
-Driver leaves 45 minute later with order.
-Drive that is suppossed to take 10-15 minutes takes 25-30.
- At 28 min mark Driver starts spamming you with questions
"I can't find you" "answer me" "where is your location"
- Minute 29 sends a pic of the plastic bag in front of a house that ISN'T YOURS but close enough on their GPS to be able to claim he did.
- You answer, spam him, he doesn't answer until 4 minutes later
- usually something like "I left. your food is there"
