Oreos are good in cheesecakes and blizzards only. And only in blizzards if you didn't get another choice.
Anyhow... eBay. O.o. So I set up an account to sell some of my stuff before we move, namely 3 prom dresses and 7 American Girl Dolls.
So I toss the dolls up with a minimum bid of $10 each. (They are about $100 each brand-new, or else I'd have put them up for 99 cents like everything starts at.) Some lady gets hold of me and wants me to take one of the dolls off the bidding for her and give it to her for $10. Well, that's ok. These dolls are ridiculously expensive new, and a lot of little girls would adore them if their parents could afford it, so I don't mind helping this lady out and getting it for her child for $10. But it's my first time, and I can't figure out how to take it off the auction, right. I tried to click the 'end' button to stop the auction, and it was all 'You cannot do that action because it's not set up that way' or something.
Then in the course of about two hours I get over 20 messages from this same lady, all wanting to know if I've taken the doll off the auction yet, and she keeps upping the amount of dolls she wants. It started with one, and so far she's up to insisting that I take 3 off the auction for her.
Anyhow, I got creeped out and intimidated by the flood of this lady's messages, not to mention the fact that I can't figure out how to take the dolls off auction anyways and I'm annoyed at her continually increasing the number of dolls that she wants, so about 20 minutes ago I told her I'm sorry, I can't do it, and to please just bid on the dolls if she wants them. Since then I've gotten three more messages (possibly more, I'm avoiding checking my inbox now) from her asking if the dolls are off auction yet.
Lady, seriously. Please. If you want the silly dolls, bid on them like everyone else. Please, for the love of everything good and decent, stop spamming my inbox. O.o
