Still he can land bolts, all you need is 1 to hit, and your acc is floored at 20%. So you'll land one eventually no matter what your hit rate is at.

Perfect dodge? Really, you're making this harder than it is. If all he is doing is trying to steal, then he can use his 2H to try to sleep if he's pushing his luck.

Silly question, but are there any attribute based bonuses toward steal? Or is it simply +steal for success rate?

Also I call BS on the low HP and stealing from behind thing.

Best way to do this, is get strider's on your two 75 characters, cast lots on the one that is shared account with your THF. Then D-box it to him, and kite all day until steal is up.
