Wow I'm tired. Took me forever to realize that was just a necklace.
How disappointing... Here's some pancakes instead.

Interesting enough, according to the chart here, 67.2% of people are either obese or overweight where I live, while the worse state is at 68.8%. Counting only obese, my state is at 30.9% while the worse one is at 34.5%.

Chuuuu, your state is actually in the green, which is great compared to where I live. lol

That southern cooking..

Unfortunate as it may be, fat holds the flavor, sure there are ways to coax out flavor without fat, but it's not easy..

Gonna go Skrimming some more on my Thor character since I recently watched the movie. Was a little underwhelming for a marvel flick but was decent.

Be wary.. I used to have one of those.. I don't anymore. I used to eat 2x the fat laden foods I do today, and was only 120 pounds..

I'm quite a bit heavier now, after spending years eating half of what I used to. Metabolisms do change. When I was younger it didn't really matter what I ate, I never gained weight.. Now even though I'm trying to be a bit more cautions, it's all I do.

I hear this all the time lol. Though I don't know how much older you are than me, I'm 23, I can eat all I want every day and I can't get over about 130 (5'7"ish). Anyway, my grandfather (mother's side) is just as skinny as I am, and he's been that way his entire life, so has many others on my mother's side. Actually, just about all males in my family weigh at most of 130-150 area.

But yeah, I'm just enjoying it while it lasts, that is, if it ever ends. xD

I'm 26, 5'5'' and both of my grandfathers, as well as my brother and my father, and pretty much every male in my family is skinny.. Right now I'm 180, but it should be noted that when I was a 110-120, a lot of that weight came from my legs.. From the age of 5 to about 14, all I did for fun was ride bikes (single speed, BMX, usually off road) all day, I have almost no upper body strength but I can crush you with my legs <_<

When I was 120, my upper body looked as if I was completely malnourished, you could see my spine, my ribs, you could see it all, at about 150 I looked 'normal'.. in my upper body you could still see bones in obvious spots (the tips of my spine, the upper ribs, etc) at 180 I'm staring to lose muscle definition, and I now have a beer belly :<.. I still have the legs and *** people want, in fact, I've seen people go to have plastic surgery and have calf implants for pretty much exactly the calves I have..

She's the cute one =/ I just can't get a good pic of her cuz she's deaf... I can't keep her attention long enough with sound. I tried flashing a flash light at her, but she's also apparently suffering from ADD.

There are few that are actually 'bad'.. vaping is more an art than anything, but there is a kind of downward arc where the less you spend on one, the more attention to detail is required. You can spend almost nothing and just make one out of a light bulb some electrical tape, a straw or bic pen and a 20 oz bottle and not suffer any real consequences, so long as you understand the properties behind how it works and the difference between vapors and smoke. Then again you can spend 4-500 on a volcano and just 'set it and forget it' but you're really over paying..

You can also make your own electrical vaporizer for pretty cheap, but if you just want to buy one, look for something in the ~150 range, They won't be quite as good as what the high dollar ones offer, but yet they won't be so cheap and ***where you have to monitor everything it's doing on a second by second basis..

Beyond that it really depends on you as a person.. A whip one, you have to constantly clean out, but you'll get a nice strong flavor from, a bag one won't give you that, you'll still get the effects but not as great of an experience.

The most important thing when looking for either is ceramic or glass heating element. You can reasonable assume anything made with either was designed to do it's job and last.. If it doesn't have that, regardless of features or promises it was just designed to sell

Also, go digital when possible. They're just more accurately controlled, which gives you greater control.. Under certain circumstances, weed in a vape will burn where other hasn't, and it can be pretty difficult to 'dial in' that temp, a digital control just makes it much more precise.

Oh and no, I don't have a vaporizing machine, when I'm int he mood, I just go with the lightbulb and lighter.. Like I said it's an art, and it took me a while to get the hang of.. But if you do it right, it works the same as even the most expensive vaporizers.

Thanks for that info, yeah, I'm looking at a budget of around $200, since I would prefer to have an actual manufactured one instead of something you make in your kitchen (I've done the home-made ones before). Have a friend that had a decent vape, but he let some idiots use it and they ended up breaking it in some stupid *** way. The main reason I'm asking is I'm not sure which would be better to get, a conduction based vape, or a convection based one.

I'm just so sick of using up more substance than is necessary, and I like the variation in the type of high you get from using one compared to say, a bong. Not to mention the fact that you are no longer taking smoke and carcinogens into your lungs, and instead releasing certain cannabinoids that are only released at the higher temperatures that a vape provides.

The main reason I'm asking is I'm not sure which would be better to get, a conduction based vape, or a convection based one. A convection vape will probably provide a more even and smooth vape than a conduction..

Neither is necessarily better, convection vapes just tend to cost more.. There's more at work in a convection than a conduction. If you want to talk top of the line best case scenario, then a conduction will most likely last you longer, because there are fewer parts to 'go wrong'. Although once you get into mid ranges, then it's really anyone's guess.. The heating element in one could be cheaply made, the fan in another could be built on a good strong motor.

Your best bet is to narrow in on the few models you're really eyeballing and google the models of each and read the reviews.. Other than spending ridiculous amounts of money on a name brand (cough apple cough cough) there's little guarantee of what you're getting and your best bet is to rely on others experiences. There is just too many of them out there, even the good models now have cheaper clones that aren't really clones, they're just made to appear like the ones they're cloning, inside they're nothing more than 20 bucks worth of components and Chinese workmanship, with an extra 100 dollar price tag.
