I don't know what Tiger's opinion is going to be on the matter, but working out every single day, especially if you push yourself to your limits, is bad for your muscle tissue. I go every other day when I get into that spirit heavily, or alternate muscle groups between lower and upper body.

I did 2 1/2 hours mon, an hr yesterday but the trainer had me work till basically i couldn't walk :X ..got out of work and was like AH MI GAWD can't move :(

I was still EXTREMELY sore today so I took today off =/. I am still on track for tomorrow though -.-
