I've kinda kept up on the story going on, but I don't know entire history, so from the outside looking in, it's really starting to sound like she got pregnant and is just looking for a baby daddy.. Even the her telling you she's getting abortion thing can very easily be a ploy, a way of guilt tripping you into stepping in and saying "No, I will pay for this baby."..

That's just what it seems like to me, don't like get mad and freak out on me or anything, but from the details I do know... That really is how it sounds.. It's not so much an educated guess as a feeling.

Well, I'd be lying if I said she wasn't pissing *ME* off with this ***. No details or anything. Just "I'm pregnant." then later, "Im getting an abortion." So...she's not really the most reliable person. Which is what annoys me about this.

Getting a google ad from Squeenix saying I should pre-order FFXIII-2.
All I have to say is...

Have boobs, obviously op need nerf. Women have magical powers that can alter reality and such. HOW DO YOU KILL THAT WHICH BLEEDS AND DOESN'T DIE?!

I plan on buying it, but I liked FFXIII.. Pretty much the only FFXIII game that's been able to hold my interest that isn't a MMO.

I'd have to agree with this.. Unless she can somehow provide conclusive evidence that this is part your responsibility or care, just avoid it all together.. By all means if there's no chance in hell it's anyone's but your child, then step up.. But until you can be sure of that, there's no reason to get emotionally or otherwise, invested in the matter.

But that's just my opinion.

I'm kinda sick of playing MMOs now with the whole effort/reward system and lack of reasonable content that captivates or holds interest.
Though it's not as yielding in replay value, thus dollars and cents to them, I thoroughly enjoyed full fledged expansion packs with lengthy, challenging missions and a thoroughly rewarding storyline therein.

But with the three mini expansions, followed by Abyssea and Voidwatch, FFXI has become nothing more than this.



With an occasional carrot at the end of the tunnel, that often goes to someone who doesn't even need the damned thing.

And don't get me started on recent single player FF titles.

I'm done with MMORPGs really.. Maybe a year or two after Diablo 3 comes out I'll pick it up, but other than that, I'm just kinda done.. I'm only keeping my accounts on FFXIV on the very unlikely off chance that it just becomes too great to resist.. It will have to get a LOT better, like 4.0, before I'll be able to justify paying for it.. I like(d) the interface and how it played, but there's not enough to keep my attention, and now they're going to start charging, it's just a big hell no..

I'm pretty much going back to what I always liked.. Single Player RPGs/Action with a minor dose of RTS/TBS and relying on FPS to fill the void of online play..

I keep replaying Minecraft with friends (Or alone) because of being bored. :< Also finding randumb games on gaming websites.

Ditto. The only reason I kept playing FFXI as long as I have was the vain attempt to record all the major mission cutscenes to make a comprehensive storyline layout in video form. I'll likely do the same for XIV once I'm able to afford a PC that can handle operating the game, let alone recording it in full resolution and definition.

That's likely that objective won't be completed for at least 2-3 years, so who knows what will come out from that point. But with the direction S-E has been going along with other more relevant MMOs being released. I don't see myself playing anything else MMO wise afterwards.

I go back to minecraft now and then, but it's no fun when it's all alone and everyone's servers always go down and I lose days of work.. Kinda keeps me from ever going back.. I swear I'm the only person I know who has hosted a server on their own computer, I guess no one can be bothered with setting it up (not that hard really, and it's not like it takes large resources.. The internet browser, no matter which you choose, take more) but if I set up a server, no one goes to it.

I have a large collection of single player games, on PS3 and PC, pirated and paid for, they fill the void of random boredom.. For the entire last week I've just been playing Civ 5 again.. I went back to BF3 after a month long break because, I'd played it like non-stop (in my free time) since it came out (2 months?) when the B2K expansion finally went live.. Now I'm on a break again.. I'm still kinda raging over a couple of the tasks that had to be done to unlock the new weapons and at the end I was only doing it to finish those.

Right now I'm hoping Newegg gets the x52 back in stock.. I want my damned flight stick before I go back.

They're not that great really (the cut scenes) I mean I know FFXI cut scenes weren't that much either, but FFXIV takes it to a whole new level of 'meh'.. I'd done the majority of them when I quit (which included the first raids) and there's literally only 2 or 3 worth mentioning.. The only one I really liked was the first appearance of Ifrit..

Yeah, would take a lot of photoshop expertise and finding an unaltered high resolution print of the same thing :<
My dad was into stuff like that and was really good at crafty art stuff like that, especially with building stuff with correct measurements and stuff.
