I would say it as In the operating system "Mac OS X" there are four different ways to view your files in the program "Finder."" (not sure about the last " there)

There are four different ways to view your files in Finder in Mac OS X.
Still doesn't sound right with two in's. Maybe change it to 'using Finder in Mac OS X.'
