Is this code for they expect you to do all the work? In my group work experience when someone claims leader they do nothing but when they make someone leader that person gets stuck doing everything XD

my friend keeps telling me I should upgrade (downgrade?!?) to an ATI card instead of nvidia :| ummm ... no thanks?
ATI has always been behind in driver updates and support. I used to use ATI. Such a headache.

Do we really need a thread for each, very meager job adjustment? Compile them into one!

So I've changed it into making a thread for each job and then after new updates come out for that job I update it until it gets to the point where it needs a new thread.
