some story on the gunblade ?

I actually went (as a kid) to a museum, when visiting some relatives, and they had a gunblade there from the 1910 ish ? it was really cool

There's a difference between a hand held pistol with a firearm attachment and a gigantic broadsword incorporated with a massive magnum hand cannon.

If it was hand-held and remotely realistic in the manner it used the projectile, I would have zero problems with the gunblade. Instead they took the buster sword and a cannon together in the most ugly, unrealistically massive and heavy and physically impossible mechanism possible. So yeah, it still bothers me.

Okay, when the barrel is visibly outside of the blade and you can see the components of both, it's cool as ***. But in that pic above and the pic of the FF8 gunblade, the blade itself acts as the barrel. It's just kinda confusing. Now I suppose that instead of a round in the cartridge, it has something like a high explosive or something, maybe there could be an exhaust or something to let the blade erupt in fire or whatever, I suppose that could work.

I always had to assume the shells in the chamber were shockwave cartridges or something like that that increased momentum while swinging the sword. But it's still painfully awkward in both appearance and mechanism.

i have to do a collage for my final art project using magazines and the only magazines i have are game informer. i was thinking of using them for it to create a picture....and add pedo bear coming out of it somewhere. cause i need to add something that doesnt belong.

so should i do that?

granted, phantasy star is a game in an "alternate future" (I havent seen the sword in use since the game is not released in NA) but they rarely use real bullets.

nvm, after seing this video sequence, it is in fact, not a gunblade, since the ammo seems to increase the sword's momentum like Arte mentioned.
(makes sense, since the sword is curved and has no barrel)

Well yeh, but I still wouldn't have expected them to cut the price down 33% from the standard while leaving you up to 40 character slots. Putting your name in the credits was deffinetly a o.O as well.

Also worth noting that the game has actually been pritty good for the last 4-6 months or so... really can't make a compairison to when it first came out with the ammount of stuff that has been changed.

The AI in Skyrim is kinda silly sometimes. I got caught stealing 1 gold from the inn, and subsequently a bounty of 1 gold was set for me in Riverwood. The innkeeper and bartender did absolutely nothing other than suddenly shout "What are you doing?!". The next day I was greeted by hired thugs which were a pain in the *** to kill on Expert mode given my level of 3. Also Alvor the blacksmith caught me stealing his sword on display, so he ran after me into the river, only to suddenly stop and do absolutely nothing. Now he's stuck standing in the river and refuses to go back to his shop.
