wtf did I walk into...
Well aside from the fact that Spath's dad is a hero apparently.
And no Spath, I don't mean hero because he fought in Nam. I mean hero because he's troll dad.

I knew what you meant, you didn't actually have to clarify yourself. :x
All my friends love him, even though he hates about 90% of them. :D
He's interesting. I wonder how he's doing...
So I had a flash back to all the crime shows I've watched (and I don't mean CSI, I mean the real ***) and how they often end up matching two things together by the cut or rip pattern.
Since the trays weren't perforated, and I had to use scissors to cut them, they weren't that hard to match up. They are now absolutely back in order and I can now figure out a way to mark each little pot and still know exactly what everything is.
A long time ago, my dad walked in on me having sex with one of my ex-girlfriends. They normally would knock before coming in, but that day, he just happened to decide not to.
Luckily, he opened the door slow enough that I had time to grab a blanket and pull it over us to try to make it look like we were just trying to "take a nap". (We were in college, so sleeping during the day was normal!)
He asked whatever question it was he had needed to ask me, and went right back out. Never said a word to me about it. To this day, I still don't know 100% that he ever really know what was going on (and I'm not about to ask now).
I'd ask. Being caught having sex isn't really embarrassing to me. My grandma basically caught me losing my virginity, and in no uncertain terms I told her what was going on and to go away.
<.< My grandma was always kinda strange though.. She not only didn't care if I had a girl in my room and the door closed and locked, she basically encouraged it. That's not necessarily a good thing though... Her trying to get me laid led to one of the most regrettable sexual partners I've ever had.. I was way too *** up to really comprehend much, 2 girls came to my door looking for a friend, and grandma was like "well are you going to invite them in?".
For all intents and purposes I was raped by 2 chicks I knew for all of a few hours because I was on some hardcore stuff and pretty much incapable of thinking. And it's all my grandma's fault! <_<;;;

The closest I've come was my mom came into the bathroom while I was taking a shower thinking I was my dad... I didn't hear her come in and can't see through the shower curtan so I had no idea. She asked me a question and I was all like "WAT?!" to which she was all "OH ***" and rushed out.
Some really bad ***. Stuff I regret ever getting into. I don't like saying what it is, because that's how I found out about it, wasn't someone handing it to me or anything, just people talking about it and I decided to throw the dice and go find out for myself. I don't wanna be responsible for introducing someone else to it.. but..
It's not just the Dex in it (like so many seem to think) that 'gets you high'.. You can take a cough syrup with equal ammounts of a dose of Triple C's and it won't even come close to what the Triple C's do to you.
You can separate the dextromethorphan from the cough syrup too if one wanted to just do that. A coke head in high school told me how to do it, but I've never actually attempted it.

The sad thing is, you can actually say 'that could have gotten very awkward very quick'..
The potential awkwardness of what was (likely) about to happen completely eclipses what actually did happen.. Lol

I try not to think about that and try to think she was just there to poop. >.>
Well this is annoying. FFXI seems to crash whenever I execute certain windower macro script commands. From what I can tell, it's a conflict with spellcast that causes the crash, as this does not happen when I unload it. How to plausibly get around this without having to unload spellcast is what I'm trying to figure out.
The weirdest thing about Yoshitaka Amano is that everyone associates his work with those trademark light-and-airy whimsical lines--that style he employs on the official FF artworks.
But after having seen his various artwork compilation books, it's amazing how diverse an artist he really is. He can do incredibly realistic works by comparison, as well as a variety of stylised renderings or simple mangaka line-art also, sort of like how Maxfield Parrish has a variety of styles of rendering.
Hrmmm, entering a photography contest ... should be fun lol.... category is "phone pictures"
I decided to give it a shot with that picture, can anyone point out any flaws or anything that detracts from it? I edited it very lightly.
Holy crapfuck, nice shot.
That is a super-clean photo, and the colours really make it "pop"...it's almost surreal.
The only suggestion I can make is maybe treat the subject (the cooker?) at a different/dynamic angle. I know part of the interest (to me) is that it looks kind of like a metallic animal, but maybe catch it at a different angle perhaps, while still retaining that background colour contrast? :)
(Just a suggestion, it's not a criticism...it's a very clean photo, for sure!)

Looking at a gallery of his older works and character illustrations of other works, I noticed he tends to favor an almost, Victorian style of attire and poise. It makes his art appear very classy, but also serious and dark depending on the illustration. I suppose it was this grandiose noire that got me into his stuff in the first place, aside from illustrating FF stuff of course.

I had some other shots of it at a different angle but this one was probably the cleanest (let's face it, phone cameras aren't the best lol) I did crop it a bit so the 'subject' isn't in the center though it's more off center to the right (that way you're eyes don't just focus right on the middle, it flows)
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
