PLD AF was awesome because waaay back in the day, when PLD was supposed to get hit and not deal any sort of damage, you could wear your full AF at 75 and never be told you were doinitwrong. The coolest looking armor from the first AFs is Dark Knight. From the relic reskins, Red Mage. Duelist set is the most bitchin' shade of red and black. Valor Surcoat has a cool pattern, but that's about it. Out of the empys, I can't decide. All very cool.
Yeah, the facemask thing on NIN AF1 and 2 was kind of disappointing. AF3 saved the day, at least.
Also... If I ever get the chance to come back, I'm asking myself... To Bismarck, or not to Bismarck... That is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer our slings and ar-
Sorry, I got caught on a tangent. Hey man, the more the merrier. When I come back, the first thing I'm going to do is locate people and see if I can snag a linkshell. I might be a bit useless at first, though. I've never done any Voidwatch, before. I never did VW either... Though, I did at least grab one of those thingies and make them start getting me stones... So, I should have however many stones someone would have if they started the quest right after VW was new, and never touched any of them.

Anyway, I went back for this Ein, and it felt like everything was in slow motion. Or maybe I was just smashing things so fast with Ukon that I exceeded the speed of light and Hazhalm Testing Grounds went into the future. Vyre, it kinda sounds like you're making Bismarck out to be a Sandals resort or something, lol. Still, I felt like it was pretty lax. Most of the drama is from people that don't know what they're talking about and the occasional inner linkshell turmoil.
