Home building is a lot more simple then people think to be honest.
Most people draw up like 2~4 plans for a residential area and make minor changes to each house in a complex.

well I've dealt with more crappy architects then crappy engineers.

and enforce a harsh (asian style)disciplinary household with videogame usage only on weekends after homework/studying is done. And during this time. I want to maintain or improve my current videogame skills and still be better than my kids so when they invite their friends over for a lan party or whatever. I want them to be like "dude! you should play against my dad"
