got pulled over on my 3 mile drive to school (windshield has a crack) so I ended up being 15min late...
got there and professor just sent me home even though I had the ticket to show him why I was late. even one absence is going to affect my grade, since the class only meets like 12 times.
so shitty :/
>< I hate professors like that, the ones who don't give a single darn about anything other than their own class. Some professors are really kind and caring and want to help their students out, and some professors are just power-happy buttmunchers.
From my experience, I've noticed two trends in professors. The first ones are the people who know that without their students, they wouldn't have a job, and recognize as such. The second type (usually tenured) have so much smoke blowing under their *** that they think that it's a true privilege to be a part of their class. I've heard some horror stories, though.
Almost all of my professors at the small college that I went to were the latter. *** *** *** *** professors. D: I hated college, well not the time I wasn't in class, but class was just a giant *** fest.
I don't know how it was for you, but that personally motivates me to work harder in order to prove them wrong. Like, "Hey, you know how you were such a *** to me for no reason? Well, I got straight As this semester, so you can suck it!"

>_> How big is this crack that it gets you pulled over? I know when I had a tiny crack in my windshield the guy at the repair shop measured it and told me it was fine.
the crack is like 5inches or so. I wouldn't drive around with anything that says like "yo pull me over!" cause it could have likely led to a huge mess...
also, 2 weeks from today, it'll be exactly a year since I got in srs trouble. really lame...
Eh it's just those dumb women magazines with the stupid *** diets that annoy me the most.. and people like my mom who read that ***like it's the bible ~,~ no i do not want to hear about your new eat-only-a-potato-a-day-and-lose-20-pounds-a-week-diet -.-
Especially when they were already fat long before and just screw their body up even more with stuff like this..
Punk was defined a bit differently back then, but they still fit the voucher in the genre's concept. It wasn't all just random shredding and mohawks.
Most every Punk band I've ever listened to was annoying. Three chord songs, annoying lyrics sung by guys who either sound bored or try too hard. And that's not including what Punk devolved into (see: Green Day, Blink 182). There's only been one band I can honestly say I didn't hate, and that was the Misfits. But that's mostly because without them, we wouldn't have Danzig.
At this point I'm just browsing bits and pieces of my childhood.
Strange how things seem significantly cooler now than they were first perceived in the past.
Who knew this were some of the origins of key band members of Tool?
Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!
Yeah, that's Maynard.
Drummer? Danny Carey.

Except here's how most of them were *** to me, "Oh, so you aced the hardest test I had to offer? Still giving you an F in the class, because you only just passed the final." "Oh, you have a different belief system than I do? Here's a 10 on your essay paper. Better drop my course." etc.
A store manager with Swedish supermarket chain Ica has been convicted of assault after pouring urine over a woman he had caught shoplifting in his Stockholm shop.

Hmmm, the punk scene has an interesting history from the 80s, and was often divided by region of the US. I remember watching a really neat documentary on it, but if you're willing to give it a boot, try and look up bands like: Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Bad Brains, Minor Threat, Dead Kennedys, and Social Distortion.
After the man caught the female shopper pinching items in his central Stockholm store, he rang the police and blocked the exit so the light-fingered customer was forced to wait with him for officers.
When the woman asked to use the store's bathroom, the staff member refused, at which point the shopper used a waste paper bin to relieve herself.
The shop assistant then poured the bin's contents back onto the woman.
During police interrogation, the staff member claimed that he was simply "giving back what belonged to the woman."
Everyone crying how fat they got over the holidays and starting on some weird as ***diets now @,@ nhhhg
Welcome to new years. Don't worry, most will be done in 2 weeks tops.
Don't be too hard on them, even if you know without doubt they'll stop in a couple of weeks: at least they're making a conscious effort. That is more than a lot of people do about their shortcomings.
lol Mag, it was really rare for me to find anyone around here and/or my age who liked Danzig. Most of them were like "who!?" Usually they only knew one song if they did know of the band. As for Misfits, everyone knew the band but not the music. :x

With those types, you should be able to talk to the Dean or something. I haven't really run into anyone like that, tbh. That's *** shitty as hell, though.
I sometimes wonder if some people have the thought process of: "Well, I'm already degrading myself enough by going to Wal-Mart, so it doesn't really matter what I wear or don't wear."
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
