I don't like using bacon much, tastes too fatty for me. If I ever use it I'll cook it in the oven for a few min on 400 then chop it up and sprinkle it on something to give it a hint.

Also won't ever order bacon when I go out.

They always overcook it, or it tastes fake.

I'll use it in burgers sometimes, cook it beforehand a bit, not all the way, then mix it with the meat. That way when I bite into it I don't pull the whole strip out with it.
