I've been cheating on this site with PSO-World anyway D: I can even make sigs there, even though we have a tiny sig size limit. The off-topic (that makes sense) isn't as lively, but there is a "flamecore" that all hell is unleashed in. You have to be a registered user in order to even see it so they don't have to moderate it since if you signed up for the site, you knew what you were getting yourself into. Of course, no nudes though.

Its like the third time they've done it in the last 25 years. Every time they worry about it and they spend a ton of money (I assume) advertising so people don't get on it. they had FB send out 6 million warnings to people of driving age in the area. They also had celebs put it on their twitter accounts and such as well as tv ads and so on.
