I am having issues with image shack or I'd upload this picture.

just spent the time making it too, let's see if it copies the data right:

3(3x-4) = 2(x+5) -3 distribute

9x-12 = 2x+10 -3 (left the -3 there to not confuse)

9x-12 = 2x+7 took care of it by itself

7x-12 = 7 subtracted 2x from both sides

7x= 19 added 12 to both sides

x=19/7 divide both sides by 7

the trick when solving equations is whatever you do to one side, you make it equal on the other.

(distributing an equation doesn't change the value of a side though).

so if you add 3 to one side, you do it to both, if you divide by 37x you do it to both sides.

I haven't seen a Linear Equation in nearly 4 years. I use to do those very quickly in college... now I just found myself staring at it thinking; "omg, I've forgotten the formula... help me google"

triple integrals with using chain rule and substitutions and many other things confuse me ; ;
