A few of my friends have not been able to update after the 12 hour period:

Erdrick Redarms
Kira Foxtail
Nakira Starwind

I am sure there are more. Erdrick couldn't update for 1 day and 13 hours. Nakira said it took two days for her to be allowed. She said in her case though it was two days after she verified her character.

sometime it take long just wait it out no need to make a topic just pm them with your problem and they get to you.

Erdrick Redarms and Kira Foxtail are not linked to a user account. Therefore they can't update their chars manually.
