Amarant Coral has always been one of my favorites as well as Snow Villers. I thought the two of these guys were badasses and they are always in my party when I have them. Irvine and Wakka get an honorable mention.

IDK about best but my faves have been:
Rosa; for being the only (iirc) WHM to use a bow and arrow
Aeris; I cried when she died, even though I was in 4th grade when it came out.
Quistis; teenage teacher with a whip? win
Quina; for being just awesome
Lulu; spells were intense damage
Balthier; so sexy

But really: any moogle ever.

Every Char from FF2/4

Cecil: Defies his nation to try and do what's right. Changes his dark knight ways to better himself and gets to tap the booty of that fine lookin Rosa girl.

Rosa: The supposed weak and simple girlfriend who worries about him that is really a boss whm that can "Aim" and Robin Hood ***on the battle field.

Kain: The jealous best friend that wants to tap Rosa's sweet booty. Plus the first time I clicked Jump and that Mofo left the screen I*** in my pants.

Rydia: You kill her mother, she gains 5 levels a pop when you first get her (I loved seeing that in Kaipo) and then gets swallowed by a Sea Serpant only to come back as a hot green headed *** that kicks ***.

Tellah: "You spoony bard" Need I say more

Edward: The wimpy Prince that isn't ready to be a leader and runs and hides when he gets hit like a nancy boy, but later saves your butt by playing the ***out of a harp. (Ok, he kinda blows)

Yang: Achooo!! Is any one pissed that we didn't end up with him instead of Edge at the end of the game. Yang was a pimp.

Palom & Porom: Two kids I didn't mind in a game. First sent to keep an eye on you, then sacrifice their lives (kind of) to help the cause.

Cid: Awesome all the time in every game.

Edge: Hot headed and Arrogant. See's Rubicant and gets some new powers cause he's pissed and is horrible at trying to get into Rydia's pants. Thats just funny.

FoSuya: He's from the freaking moon and can use every spell from both sides of the magic book.

Those are just the playable characters. The villans were great. The story was great. Finding out Golbez was your brother and wasnt the main enemy and that he was being controlled by Zeromous from the moon = mind f'in blown!! For that era, graphics were amazing, story was amazing with the Underworld and Moon. The game was just great.

TLDR: I'm a FF2/4 Fanboy!!

Maybe a sexy picture of Celes would change my mind.

I remember in JR. high when FFX-2 came out, and I had this as my wall paper. Mom threw a *** fit.

ffx was the best storyline for me, deep and romantic, very dramatic , the acting on the voices are really good, the ending was amazing, ff13 storyline could match ,but SE messed up, it was way too repetitive talking all the time rescuing sarah, it was getting annoying, ff13 versus storyline seems hopeful , i like the look of noctis he looks so much like squall but with a lil more age on the face
