Kick attacks
People jump for more double attack, So would more kick attacks be good for TP on MNK to get TP faster? Aka: Tantra Neck and Earring if ACC isn't a issue.
Kicks attacks is only 1 hit occasionally per round. While Double Attack can Proc in both hits of hand-to-hand AND your kick attack. Think about that for a second. ^^
Edit: If you can go more Double/Triple attack go for it over kick attacks. DA can't proc on kick attacks~ Not worth gearing for
You should be using Ageseya/Faith in your neck slot depending on your accuracy/if Faith will break a damage tier. Tantra neck is garbage.
I think the earring is all right if you're attack and accuracy capped. If you aren't, an accuracy/attack earring will serve you better.

Kick attacks are ok, specially if you've got tantra+1/+2 boots, but its not worth gearing for. It only amounts to a 1-2% chance per attack round to get a kick vs. the above stated DA and TA bonuses which is per fist. Definitely worth meriting because there really isn't anything else that jumps out in category one.
