You're probably right. I don't even have SCH unlocked, I should probably do that sometime just for when I fight decent geared PLDs.

I'm glad I watched that.
That first fight gets intense near the end. Converting to heal, silence resist, and getting that last nuke off just before their nuke. Fights like that are why I LOVE 1v1s lol.

I honestly think BLM with a simple set like this:

Item Set


Using Mana Wall can do quite well. Movement Speed +4%/PDT-4% on the legs. Of course, Mana Wall only lasts 5 minutes out of 10, and Silence won't be nice, but hopefully barsilence and baraero can help a bit there.

Silence doesn't matter to a BLM/SCH with Flawless Ribbon, Killer Shortbow, and Two Icesoul rings. Or anyone /SCH for that matter.

My friend uses a similar setup and can just obliterate people with two-three Blizzard spells, or he just DD's them down in Hvergelmir/PDT set.
