W Legs Added To Odin?

A few of the people I play FFXI with insist that they recently added the Crimson Cuisses abj. to Odin...yet I cannot find anything on Wiki/GamerEscape/FFXI patchnotes/etc about it.

Can anyone confirm this?

I haven't seen WLegs drop off Odin. So I doubt it.

Probably a mistake, if so.

I know Head/Body drops from him, and all sources says only Kirin drops legs. Guess that takes care of that!

I wouldn't it rule it out simply b/c Wiki hasn't been updated nearly as much as it used to be as quickly.

And in this day and age, I couldn't see ONLY Kirin dropping it.

Thats why I didnt dismiss it entirely. Maybe they did? Until someone can post a screenshot I'll entertain the fact that it could be possible.

Odin drops the abjurations that was previously only dropped by HNM (Fafnir/Nidhogg/Aspid/KB, along with the Einherjar only abjurations.

W. Legs don't exist anyways. Can't drop something that doesn't exist.

Yeah, originally. But who knows what they did in updates.

But you also can't disprove something with a screenshot that simply shows it didn't drop >_> that just means it didn't drop. Should be confirmed in less than a few days (or a day, or an hour) if true. If not, meh. Kirin's peanuts.

I don't think they made odin drop sky drops and I haven't heard of it either.But not like TONS of ppl doing odin anymore.So it's possible but I really doubt it.

Ehh I would guess people would have submitted a screen immediately if this were true. Not like you'd have to hide the information given that Einherjar is an event, as opposed to something people would actually go camp or have to build pops off other NM's etc.

There's been a small resurgence in Einherjar activity thanks to the Synergy abjuration update, I'd imagine that any new drops from Odin would have long since become common knowledge.

Wiki is not the only source of information out there.

Been doing Odin consistently since update and haven't seen any more or diff abjs than usual. I will say the drop rate in the normal chambers has increased substantially. We usually get at least 1 abj about 50% of the time now. Occasionally we will get double drops as well.

Additional note: unless they increase the number of max drops odin can give, adding sky drops would actually be a bad thing considering how easy they are to get (in comparison to some of the einherjar-only abjs). Double shura hands no thanks.
