This time, it's telling me I have a new PM, but won't show it.. However, I know the exact PM that it's telling me I have, I saw it in my email, but for some reason the PM is yet to hit my delivery box on the site... (been far more than 12 hours now).
Tried switching to FFXIAH to see if that would fix it, but it doesn't.

Mine is showing I have one in AH, but It's not in my inbox. I had someone send me a PM, and it showed, but it still shows 1 in my inbox.
