My HUGE WIP thingi in spoiler~  Honestly, I'd be staggered if anyone knows what I'm doing for this one. The idea behind my entry is Joseph Palmer. To cut a story short, he was arrested for wearing a beard. For more info visit this site where I originall came across him, or you can visit the wiki link instead. Edit: Just noticed I forgot to add in detailing to the Cap... whoopsie.

Meh...The base is hand drawn, so mine is not up for voting this week. If I get around to finishing the shading and what not I will.
